Simple things that will make you happier.
11:18Sorry for not posting anything but I'm so busy with school... I decided to write this post because I'm in a stressful moment and sometimes I need to read or do little things to be a little bit happier and be positive and forget all the negative things. So I hope you like it!
1. Accept the things you can't change. (not only about yourself but about anything) If you can and you want to change them, do it! Nobody can stop you!
2. Let go of the people who are holding you down. If you considered them, you already know who these are. Don't be with negative people who make you feel bad about yourself, be with supportive people, these who make you be the best you can be.
3. Blast you favorite upbeat song and sing at the top of your lungs, dancing as you go. I really do this, when I'm upset I listen to my fav songs and sing and dance in front of the mirror like I'm doing a concert. (it really makes you feel so happy)
4. Smile at a stranger. It will make both of you smile.
5. Give someone an spontaneous compliment like "oh, you look lovely today" " I like your shirt" "that color make you look really nice" you can make somebody's day just by being nice to them.
6. Write down everything you don't like about yourself and rip it up. I have one notebook where I wrote my negative thoughts and I never read it, it 's like you forget them. It can help.
7. Never pretend to be someone that you're not. Don't act like you like something you don't to impress people, be you, people will love you for just being yourself. It doesn't matter if you love something everybody hates, you love that and that's fine.
8. Eat healthy food and drink so much water. It will make you feel better about yourself.
9. Go out with your friends, just to talk. Talk about your future, about your past together and about silly things. It will make you forget your negative thoughts.
10. Stay at home and relax. Drink tea or coffee, eat popcorn watching your fav film, read a book, take a bath, draw, listen to music, relax, don't think about your work, school or whatever bothers you. It feels so nice to have once in a while time for yourself.
